Start with what needs you.

The dashboard opens on "Needs your decision": overdue researcher work, searches not sent, results not delivered, searches routing can place now, and searches waiting on more information. One click on Show me, and you are in the work.

Ask in plain English.

"What's on hold and why?" "Which results didn't go out to the client?" "What is the average turnaround for this client?" You get a plain answer, with a chart where it helps, drawn from your own live data. Financial answers appear only for people whose account already has financial rights.

Open the queue. Release with a preview.

Review the hold queue and release one search or many, after a preview of exactly what will change.

Order a report by talking.

Say "I want to create a new report." Pick the client and the package, paste the applicant's details, and the form fills in. You review a server-checked total, confirm the certification, and place the order. The confirmation shows each search and its status.

Change things safely.

Add a note to a search. Adjust a search's price or fee. Cancel a search. Each opens as a card that asks for the details, shows a preview, and saves only when you confirm. Where something cannot be changed from the chat, it says so plainly.

Clean up in bulk, with eyes open.

"Clear out searches older than 30 days for this client." You see the batch, the totals, what will be left alone and why, and a plain warning that there is no undo, before anything is touched.

The deverus MCP lets an approved AI assistant look things up, such as where an order, report or search stands, and whether your provider connections are healthy. Support gets answers in seconds, from the same information the admin already holds.
