Prove the improvement without disrupting production

Manufacturing teams rarely need more process theory. They usually know where the friction is: late handoffs, manual updates, rework, missed follow-ups, reporting delays, and work stuck between systems.
The problem is proving improvement without disrupting production. That is where automation needs to get more practical:
- Pick one workflow.
- Improve it inside the systems already being used.
- Measure the result.
- Then decide if it is worth expanding.
Small proof beats big implementation promises.
