Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railways (BNSF) Chooses TrustPointe to Provide Next Generation Background Screening Solutions.

Santa Maria, CA - 19 December 2003 – TrustPointe, a leading provider for Internet/Intranet based global background screening services for multi-nationals and local business, has been awarded a three-year multi-service contract by BNSF, to assist in building and maintaining their pre-employment screening communications network and to provide pre-employment screening services. Under the terms of this agreement TrustPointe will integrate its next generation background screening solution in BNSF’s Human Resource Management System provider, Recruiting Solutions International, Inc.

RSI provides a HRMS platform to BNSF and the purpose of this integration is to link to RSI to provide a seamless screening solution for BNSF, and a common information systems infrastructure. This approach will significantly impacts cost of ownership and results in direct savings to BNSF of more than $1.5 Million over the length of the agreement.

To achieve this extensive and ambitious undertaking, BNSF executed a competitive bidding process and TrustPointe was chosen to provide exclusively a range of pre-employment screening services on a national bases.
